1-scope of the generals terms and conditions of sale
The present general conditions govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campinglapeyrade.fr They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer declares having read these general terms and conditions before any reservation for any person involved in the sale and himself included. Minors must be accompanied by one parent or a legal guardian. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are available to any customer for information before the conclusion of any contract of sale. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment, SAS campsite La Peyrade 12390 Rignac.
2-Terms and Conditions of reservation
2.1 Price and Payment
Any request of reservation must be accompanied by a deposit and a cancellation insurance contribution (if this one is subscribed)
Pitch reservation : All rentals are registered in the name of the tenant and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fee. The prices indicated are valid for the current year and are in euros, including VAT. They do not include the tourist tax of which the amount per night and person over 18 years is fixed by the municipality.
For any unreported delay, the location becomes available 12 hours after the date of arrival mentioned on the booking contract. After this time and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the total payment remains required.
2.2 Modification of reservation
For any change in the date of your reservation, the same accommodation or location cannot be guaranteed. No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by written or e-mail
Due to the tenant :
– More than 30 days before your expected date of arrival, the amount of the deposit and file fee will be retained by the campsite.
– Less than 30 days before your expected date of arrival, the total rental amount, the booking fee and the insurance fee will be retained by the campsite.
– U can subscribe a cancellation/interruption insurance (COVID Extension) more information under point 2.5
Due to the manager : In case of cancellation by the manager, not related to a fault of the customer, the manager of the campsite will refund to the customer the amount received corresponding to the Stay or the part of the stay not consumed.
In case of a pandemic COVID-19 and government-lockdown, a credit voucher or a refund will be offered within the limit of the amounts paid.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of a distance sale under the consumer code are not applicable to tourist benefits (article L. 121-20-4 of the consumer code). For any order of a stay at the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We recommend u to purchase cancellation insurance. This contract offers u a cancellation guarantee which allows to obtain a refund of the amounts paid in case of cancellation of your stay or of early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident, Covid-19…).
Insurance costs :
– Camping pitch : 2.9% of the total cost of the stay
– Mobile home rental : : 2.9% of the total cost of the stay
The insurance subscription must be made at the time of the booking. This will guarantee u a refund of your deposit or the entire stay (according to the CGA HERE)

2.6 Image Rights
During your stay in our campsite, it is likely u will be photographed or filmed for the design and realization of our advertising supports, unless u report your opposition in writing to the reception as soon as u arrive.
2.7 Various
Use of sound devices must not be perceived beyond of each location area ; It is obligatory for everyone to respect the right to rest of their neighbours
3-Process of your stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
Rental : Arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are made before 10 am Camping : Arrivals are made from 12 h, departures are done before 12 h
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 220 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival for the rented installation (€160 for the rental and €60 for the household, in 2 check, Credit card or cash). It will be refunded to u the day of your departure, during opening hours of the reception, after an inventory. The billing of any degradation will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if u do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If u cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to u by mail.
3.3 Departures
Any delay in key delivery or campsite pitch will be factured like 1 extra night. Any extension of stay must be made 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pet
The pets are allowed on the campsite for a daily supplement following the period. Dogs from categories 1 and 2 are not allowed.
3.5 Internal rules
As required by law, u must adhere to our internal rules, posted at reception .A copy can give to u on request.
4- Responsibility
The campsite declines all responsibility for damage suffered by the camper-caravan equipment which would be of its own making; Insurance for your equipment in civil liability is obligatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC…).
5-Applicable law
The present general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of High instance or the Commercial Court of Rodez.
Any claim following a stay must be made in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 20 days. In accordance with the provisions of the consumer Code concerning “the process of mediation of consumer disputes”, the client has the right to use the mediation service offered by SAS la PEYRADE free of charge : SAS la PEYRADE free of charge : CM2C 14 rue St jean 75017 Paris.
